I am 57 years old and have been coming to Claire's classes for just under a year now. I usually attend twice a week: Monday mornings in Brinklow, and Thursday evenings in Wolston. When I started, I had not exercised in a formal class since before Covid and I felt that my exercise routine needed a shake up. I also had lots of aches and pains after long walks or gardening sessions.  I was a bit nervous about whether I would be able to follow the routines and or keep up, but Claire's informal and friendly teaching is completely judgement-free, she is really easy to chat to, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. It is quite easy to follow the routines after a while, but if you get it wrong, it really doesn't matter. The music choices are very wide, there's something for everyone. 10 months on, I feel great, much more toned, with loads of energy. I am much fitter, and feel I can throw myself into the routines and push myself. Claire's classes are for everyone:  whatever your level of fitness, age or gender, have a go. It's fun!

Always so much fun and very friendly atmosphere. Always options in the routines, it can be as low or high impact as you like, nobody judging you .

I’m not a person who exercises regularly and was initially quite nervous to join a class but Claire puts everyone at ease 
The routines can be picked up fairly easily and if not then advised to just keep moving 
I love going to Claire’s classes and also great to meet new people
