I am 57 years old and have been coming to Claire's classes for just under a year now. I usually attend twice a week: Monday mornings in Brinklow, and Thursday evenings in Wolston. When I started, I had not exercised in a formal class since before Covid and I felt that my exercise routine needed a shake up. I also had lots of aches and pains after long walks or gardening sessions.  I was a bit nervous about whether I would be able to follow the routines and or keep up, but Claire's informal and friendly teaching is completely judgement-free, she is really easy to chat to, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. It is quite easy to follow the routines after a while, but if you get it wrong, it really doesn't matter. The music choices are very wide, there's something for everyone. 10 months on, I feel great, much more toned, with loads of energy. I am much fitter, and feel I can throw myself into the routines and push myself. Claire's classes are for everyone:  whatever your level of fitness, age or gender, have a go. It's fun!

I had a great workout with Claire & the group yesterday. Fab music to dance & sing along to. The exercises are easy to follow, we have lots of fun & laughter. I feel good after the class & Claire always makes it enjoyable with her personality & great music.

I struggle to get to these classes often because of balancing too many responsibilities but when I get there I am always just so happy I made it!  Fabulous, relaxed atmosphere, great music, fun exercise, lovely company!  Thanks Claire!  

Fit X Dance Fitness ~ Brinklow Monday

I've left lots of reviews already about how fab these classes are but another one never hurts!  Sometimes the last thing one feels like doing on a Monday morning is dragging yourself out to an energetic class.  Last Monday was one of those days - I quite wanted to go back to bed!  However I made myself go and it is just so fabulous because it creates energy in me to be productive for the rest of the day.  The music can't help but make you feel cheerful and energetic and the group of companions around me are so lovely.  I love these classes and Claire is a super teacher creating a really friendly warm atmosphere.

This class is suitable for all abilities and as long as you keep moving , doesn’t matter if you get it wrong - we all do !

I’ve been attending this class for a while now, and it continues to be one of the highlights of my week! The energy is fantastic, the music is uplifting, and the routines strike a perfect balance for a more mature group—challenging enough to get us moving but always accessible.

Our coach is an absolute gem. She brings so much enthusiasm and authenticity to every session. One of the things I love most is that she lets the class be fun and human—if there’s ever a tiny mix-up in steps, we all just laugh and keep going. It never takes away from the workout; if anything, it makes the atmosphere even more relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable. We’re all in it together, and her openness makes the class feel like a supportive community rather than just an exercise session.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for an energetic, welcoming, feel-good workout!

So, what can I say about Claire’s dance fit classes. I love love them! Over the years I have tried various gyms and exercise classes but can honestly say that these are the best. 
We all have fun whilst dancing to great tunes and it really seems like a fun inclusive session 
We have a laugh and most times get the moves wrong but hey , who cares - not Claire - we just laugh our way through it

First day back after the holidays and at the tail end of a nasty cold I thought I would struggle at class, but it was the exact opposite. The session gave me so much energy I felt great afterwards. It was good to see Claire and the team again. 

Love going to Rhythm and moves on a monday , it sets me up for the week and puts a smile on my face as well as keeping me fit . Everyone is made to feel welcome  and Claire  is a brilliant lovley instructor .

Always so much fun and very friendly atmosphere. Always options in the routines, it can be as low or high impact as you like, nobody judging you .

I’m not a person who exercises regularly and was initially quite nervous to join a class but Claire puts everyone at ease 
The routines can be picked up fairly easily and if not then advised to just keep moving

A great session.  Great to see Claire laughing too.  My legs didn't see to coordinate with arms at times but who cares.  I made up for it with energy.
Also I have noticed that the knees aren't playing me up with arthritis so much. Well to be honest, it seems to have gone.  I know its quietly hiding around the 
corner  but Claire's class has frightened it into submission for the moment. 😁😄

I totally understand—life happens! But to be fair to everyone and keep my classes running smoothly, here’s my cancellation policy:

- **If you can’t make it**, please cancel by contacting me **at least 24 hours** before your class. This gives me time to offer your spot to someone else.

- **Refunds will not be issued**, *if* you have paid in advance, for any cancellations made **in under 24 hours of the class** or for **no-shows**—as I’ve kept a space just for you.

- **Bundle bookings** are valid for a set period as stated at the time of purchase. If not used within that time, **they will expire**—no refunds or extensions, sorry!

- **If you can't make a scheduled class**, made on a bundle booking, please cancel by contacting me **at least 24 hours** before your class. I am happy to reschedule you to another class **as long as the bundle is still valid.**

Hi, I am Claire! In February 2024, I decided to bring dance fitness classes to my local community specifically to make you feel good!!
