Order Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Rules regarding cancellation vary depending on what type of order you have made.

Events

If you wish to cancel or reschedule provided the applicable event is not due to take place within the next 24 hours, you will be entitled to a full refund of the applicable amount via the original method of payment, you may also transfer your booking for another time.

If however the appointment is due to take place within the next 24 hours you will not be entitled to a refund or a credit note and may not reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

I totally understand—life happens! But to be fair to everyone and keep my classes running smoothly, here’s my cancellation policy:

  • If you can’t make it, please cancel by contacting me at least 24 hours before your class. This gives me time to offer your spot to someone else.

  • Refunds will not be issued, if you have paid in advance, for any cancellations made in under 24 hours of the class or for no-shows—as I’ve kept a space just for you.

  • Bundle bookings are valid for a set period as stated at the time of purchase. If not used within that time, they will expire—no refunds or extensions, sorry!

  • If you can't make a scheduled class, made on a bundle booking, please cancel by contacting me at least 24 hours before your class. I am happy to reschedule you to another class as long as the bundle is still valid.
